Put simply, if you put in the work, you will be rewarded and as the company grows so too will your opportunities within it. **Responsibilities and Duties** - Install and service metal and aluminum doors and frames, architectural hardware, and access control systems - Repair, troubleshoot, and retrofit existing openings and hardware - Install, and troubleshoot low voltage systems for access control and understand related electrical schematics - Verify/evaluate job site related documents - Prepare the van with required tools and materials and drive to job sites **Experience, Qualifications & Skills** - High school diploma and/or 4-5 years of experience working in construction - Valid driver’s license (critical) - Basic Electrical/Mechanical repairing skills are an asset - Knowledge of doors, frames and hardware is an asset - Ability to operate a forklift is an asset - Ability to lift >50 lb when required - Strong troubleshooting skills - Accuracy, attention to details - Ability to take the initiative, work autonomously and as part of a team - Good at managing priorities - Ability to multitask, work well under pressure, solve difficult problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations. - Authorized to work in Canada - Exceptional written and verbal proficiency and communication skills **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance **Benefits**: - Dental care - Extended health care - Life insurance Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Monday to Friday - Overtime - Weekends as needed Supplemental pay types: - Overtime pay Work Location: In person
