**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Schedule customer delivery and appointments
- Co-ordinate, assign and establish work schedules
- Dispatch personnel according to written schedules and work orders, or as required by emergency situations
- Process and transmit information and instructions to coordinate service personnel
- Assist walk-in sales customers
- Improve customer relationships through continuous monitoring of order progress, and keeping clients updated
- Closing work orders at end of the day
- Work closely in a support role with the General Manager and the Operations Manager to assist with various tasks as needed

**Qualifications for Customer Care Coordinator**:

- 2 years of experience in a customer service role _preferred_
- _Minimum high school grad /post-secondary education preferred_

Excellent command of Windows Office products Excel, Word and Outlook
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Technical knowledge of **hardware products would be a strong asset**:

- Experience working in the **glass / Windows industry would be a strong asset**:

- Results-oriented with strong analytical skills

**Skills**:

- Works well within a team and able to perform under pressure
- Has a customer-service focus
- Ability to handle a fast paced environment
- Can manage staff and customers simultaneously

Ability to commute.

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
