**The Opportunity**:
The Facility Program Assistant in childminding provides support to Recreation Section childminding and preschool programs by looking after children in our care, providing ongoing customer service, maintain a safe environment that protects the well being of children, maintain cleanliness and organization of the childminding area.
- Grade 10 or equivalent.
- Early Childhood Level 1 Certification
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Demonstrated high level of verbal, written, and listening skills.
- Intermediate First Aid Certificate
- Commitment to the City’s Cornerstone Values.

**Affiliation**:
Canadian Union of Public Employees, Local 417

**Remuneration**:
$21.58 to $22.85 per hour. While this role offers competitive compensation, we do not participate in the Government of Alberta top-up program.

**Hours of Work**:
Hours of work as scheduled with no minimum guarantee. Availability required for evenings, weekends, weekdays, early mornings and potential split shifts as business needs required.
