**Duties and responsibilities**
- Help maximize sales and provide top-notch customer service
- Achieve personal targets and help reach store monthly and daily target
- Makes follow up phone calls, leaving positive impressions to clients
- Replenish stock and regular maintenance of store cleanliness
- Follow merchandizing guidelines as per company standards.

You must also meet the following criteria:
- Have experience in customer service and/or sales, preferably in the Cosmetics industry
- Must be sales & service driven to achieve company’s objectives
- Possess the following: team spirit, good communication skills, initiative, motivation, an open and dynamic personality, dedication to customer service
- Must have a strong sense of responsibility;
- Be available and flexible when it comes to scheduling;
- Be knowledgeable about skin care and make-up products;
- Ability to speak/understand Cantonese or Mandarin considered an asset.
- Must be able to lift boxes up to 30-40lbs
