**Duties**
- Assist in **fabricating and assembling metal railings, stairs, and decorative metalwork**.
- Use **hand tools and power tools** safely and effectively.
- Read and interpret **blueprints and technical drawings**.
- Support **on-site railing and stair installations**.
- Maintain a **clean and organized workspace**, ensuring tools and equipment are in good working condition.
- Follow all **safety protocols and shop procedures**.
- Communicate professionally with **team members and customers** when required.

**Qualifications**
- Some experience with **hand tools, power tools, and safety protocols** is preferred.
- **Welding or metalworking experience** is an asset but not required.
- Strong verbal communication skills in **English**.
