**YOUR IMPACT**:
We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst with strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors to join our IT Enterprise Applications team. This role will partner with HR stakeholders to design, configure, and maintain our global SuccessFactors platform, with a particular focus on Role-Based Permissions (RBP), integrations, and platform optimization.
**WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS**:

- Partner with HR and IT teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements for HR systems including SuccessFactors enhancements and fixes.
- Configure and maintain SuccessFactors modules, ensuring alignment with governance standards and business needs.
- Manage Role-Based Permissions (RBP) across all environments to ensure secure and compliant access.
- Support integration design, troubleshooting, and testing with internal and external systems.
- Document technical configurations and maintain system process guides.
- Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolution.

**WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED**:

- 4+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors configuration and administration.
- Hands-on experience managing Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
- Strong understanding of HR processes and data structures.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
