If you would like to learn more about us, we would love to hear from you. **We are currently seeking a Casual Production Technicians at our sterile compounding facility in Mississauga.** **DESCRIPTION** Under the supervision of the Production Supervisor, Sterile Compounding Supervisor and/or Pharmacist in charge, the incumbent will efficiently maintain inventory, pick, decontaminate, visually inspect, label and pack all batches compounded at the Fresenius Kabi Hospital Compounding facility according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Master Batch Records (MBR’s). **QUALIFICATIONS** - Pharmacy Technician diploma from an accredited post-secondary institution is an asset - Post-secondary education in science or related field - Minimum 1-2 years of pharmaceutical industry experience - Must be able to understand and comply with standard operating procedures - Knowledge of GMP practices - Familiar with 5S processes and Lean Manufacturing Concepts - Must have the ability to work all shifts (i.e., morning and evening shifts, weekends, and statutory holidays) with excellent attendance record - Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment - Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively and productively as part of a team - Exceptional organization skills - Must possess problem solving skills - Strong verbal and communication skills - Strong work ethic and a respectful attitude - Fresenius Kabi Canada is responsible for ensuring we can provide critical and lifesaving medical products and services to vulnerable members of our communities.
