**Production Technician - Beverage (Distillery & Packaging)**

Mississauga, ON | Full-Time

About Us:
DrinkFactory is a fast-growing beverage co-packing and distilling facility based in Mississauga. We work with spirits, ready-to-drink cocktails, and innovative packaging formats, helping brands scale across Ontario and beyond. Our team is expanding quickly, and we’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Production Technician to join us.

As a Production Technician, you’ll be involved in every step of our production process - blending, distillation, bottling, canning, and packaging. You’ll work with a range of products including vodka, gin, tequila, rum, paper-bottle wine, and ready-to-drink beverages.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Blending & Distillation**
- Follow formulas and SOPs accurately.
- Weigh and prepare raw ingredients.
- Blend and transfer ingredients into IBCs and tanks.
- Maintain clean, legible records for compliance.

**Packaging & Production**
- Prepare bottles, cans, closures, and labels.
- Set up and adjust filling and packaging machines (training provided).
- Operate filling, capping, labeling, and sealing equipment.
- Inspect labels, fill levels, and packaging for quality.
- Palletize finished goods and prep shipments.

**Inventory & Documentation**
- Print shipping documents and BOLs.
- Update batch logs and inventory systems.
- Assist with monthly inventory counts.

**Quality & Safety**
- Keep work area tidy and follow GMP/food safety guidelines.
- Conduct quality checks throughout production.
- Learn to use the Anton Paar alcohol testing equipment (training provided).

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in brewing, distilling, or beverage production (preferred).
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with production equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically fit - role requires lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

The Details
- **Schedule**: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- **Probation**: 3 months
- **Benefits**: Eligible after probation
- Occasional overtime on high-demand production days.
