We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Turtle Jack's Muskoka Grill in Canada. This role is vital in ensuring our guests receive an unforgettable dining experience while upholding our values of quality and hospitality.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively to maintain a positive dining experience.
- Ensure proper inventory management and ordering of supplies.

**Qualifications**
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
- Proficiency in POS systems; experience with Maitre'd POS is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing operations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
