**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and club specifications**: Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality for all dishes, maintaining the high standards expected by our members.

**Ensure all food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and consistency**: Pay close attention to detail, ensuring every dish is cooked to perfection and meets members' preferences and dietary requirements.

**Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations and equipment**: Keep the kitchen area immaculate, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.

**Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines**: Adhere to strict hygiene standards to ensure the safety and well-being of our members.

**Assist with inventory management and stock rotation**: Monitor stock levels, ensuring the freshness of ingredients and minimizing waste.

**Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and specials**: Contribute to menu innovation, creating unique and seasonal dishes that reflect the tastes and preferences of our members.

**Monitor portion control to minimize waste and maintain profitability**: Ensure that portion sizes are consistent and economical, balancing quality with cost-efficiency.

**Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff as needed**: Share your expertise and knowledge, fostering a collaborative and high-performing kitchen team.

**Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to ensure timely and accurate orders**: Work closely with service staff to provide a seamless dining experience, addressing any special requests or issues promptly.

**Adhere to all club policies and procedures**: Uphold the values and standards of The Hamilton Club, ensuring that all actions reflect the club's commitment to excellence.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role.
- Culinary school diploma or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and presentation skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay
