**Job Summary**

We also hope to progress this role into a Parts Trainee position and have the individual assist with counter sales, and telephone sales.

**Responsibilities**
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring all packages are accurately labeled and documented.
- Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and manage order fulfillment efficiently.
- Conduct order picking and packing tasks to prepare items for shipment according to customer specifications.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely to move products within the warehouse.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized warehouse distribution area, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
- Perform regular inventory checks and assist in managing stock levels
- Address any discrepancies in shipments or orders promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist with answering Customer telephone calls as needed
- Assist Inside Sales/Counter staff as required.
- Daily Cleaning of Warehouse and Front Office Areas as required.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with e-commerce operations and order fulfillment processes is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and basic computer skills.
- Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely; certification may be required.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to lift heavy packages (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
