Purple Cow Internet is on a mission to transform the internet service landscape in Nova Scotia. As we continue to grow and champion the cause for affordable, reliable, and efficient services, we're seeking a Neighbourhood Field Manager to join our dynamic team.

Purple Cow Internet goal is to drive down the over all cost people are paying for Internet and other related services.

**Accountabilities / Responsibilities**:

- Guide and deliver on sales strategy optimization.
- Achieve sales targets as determined by management.
- Lead a team of approximately 15 Neighbourhood Field Representatives.
- Maximize in-field time, emphasizing coaching and mentoring.
- Organize and lead motivational team meetings.
- Oversee performance management.
- Manage team schedules, payroll, and vacation requests.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful program execution.
- Generate weekly sales performance reports.
- Ensure project deadlines are met and deliverables are achieved.
- Support the recruitment of new team members.
- Execute various other duties as needed.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of sales team management experience, preferably in the telecom industry.
- Proven experience leading sales teams in residential markets.
- Demonstrated experience driving aggressive sales results.
- Strong organizational skills with a proactive problem-solving attitude.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical abilities.
- Willingness to travel regularly within assigned territory (some overnight stays may be required).
- Valid driver's license.
- Flexibility for various schedules, including days, evenings, and weekends.
- Bilingualism in English and French is a plus.

Pay: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Halifax, NS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
