Trademark Painting Inc. is hiring an Assistant Supervisor Painter to join our team. This is a great opportunity to develop your painting skills while working on a variety of industrial, commercial, and residential projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the supervisor in daily operations, ensuring high-quality and efficient work.
- Mentor junior painters while enhancing your own skills.
- Gain hours toward Red Seal Apprenticeship certification.
- Take on increasing responsibilities in job management and leadership.

**Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years of painting experience (commercial, industrial, or residential).
- Strong interest in pursuing a painting career.
- Attention to detail and passion for quality work.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and physical stamina for manual labor.
- High school diploma (preferred).
