HR Operations Specialist

MPW offers a variety of industrial cleaning, water treatment, facility management, environmental management and container management services to thousands of clients throughout North America.
- **What you'll do as an HR Operations Support Specialist at MPW**:_
- Handles basic employee relations questions and concerns (i.e. benefits, payroll, attendance questions, or HR Issues.)
- The position will assist with maintaining HRIS systems, payroll systems, policies and procedures, and basic HR administrative task
- This position will work with HR team members in the US, while supporting the local management.
- **What you'll need to be an HR Operations Support Specialist at MPW**:_
- Associates degree in business related field preferred.
- 1-2 years HR Experience preferred but not required
- Proficient in MS Office skills - mainly using Microsoft excel
- Professional oral and written interpersonal communications
- Must be well organized and able to coordinate multiple tasks and request
- Display a friendly and approachable demeanor

**Salary**: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
