The B2B Marketing Coordinator will support McKesson Canada’s Retail Banner Group’s external marketing initiatives, focusing on social media, event material development, and taking ownership of key marketing initiatives alongside the Sr. Marketing Specialist, gaining hands-on experience in campaign execution and strategic decision-making.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Marketing Material Creation**
- Support the creation and organization of marketing materials, including sales presentations and customer-facing collateral.
- Work with the B2B marketing team to ensure all tradeshow assets are consistent with brand standards and messaging.

**Market Research & Insights**
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing tactics to inform campaign strategies.
- Summarize findings and present actionable insights to the B2B marketing team.

**Social Media & Digital Communications**
- Assist in developing and maintaining a social media content calendar for LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with the Sr. Marketing Specialist to draft, schedule, and publish posts that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Monitor engagement metrics and suggest improvements to maximize reach and impact.

**Team Collaboration**
- Work closely with the Sr. Marketing Specialist and cross-functional marketing and communications team members to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
- Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and project planning activities.
- Take an active role in organizing projects and tracking progress, gaining valuable experience in how marketing campaigns and events are managed from start to finish.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in a University or College program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Strong passion for Marketing is encouraged.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; bilingual in French is an asset.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and basic digital marketing tools.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
- Enthusiastic, resourceful, and proactive attitude.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. $17.69 - $27.74
