As a **Sales Representative** with** Steele Chrysler**, you will connect with customers, showcase vehicles, and guide clients through the purchase process. If you’re a passionate, customer focused individual with experience in Sales, this role offers endless opportunities for growth and commissions.
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
- Dive into engaging conversations with customers, either in-person or electronically, to truly understand needs, preferences, and budget.
- Showcase or impressive range of Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and Wagoneer models, highlighting features and benefits.
- Guide customers through the selection process, helping them find the perfect vehicle to match their requirements.
- Elevate the customer car-buying experience with test-drives and detailed product demonstrations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, throughout the sales process, ensuring satisfaction beyond the sale.
- Fulfill other duties as required by managers, contributing the overall success of Steele Chrysler.
**Requirements**:
- Passionate about the automotive industry
- Minimum 3 years' sales experience, automotive sales preferred
- Enthusiastic personality, neat and professional in appearance
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Previous client service experience
- Well organized, possess a good work ethic and a positive attitude
- Hard working, self-motivated and have excellent time management skills
- Exceptional communication skills both in-person and online
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Have a valid driver’s license and be able to provide an acceptable driver’s abstract
