Lawn and Property Supervisor

By The Yard Landscaping and Construction LTD is hiring a Full Time Lawn and Snow Property Supervisor in Regina. As we are branching into Regina we need to expand our crews.
Hours in summer consist of Monday to Friday start at 8 am, back approximately 5pm daily (8-10 hours) Saturday and Sunday off. First season is hourly rate, second season is salary optional. average 40 hours per week. Winter hours are weather dependent but full time salaried wage is offered.
Job will Consist of managing and working on a crew on 2-5 members, driving to a from site hauling a 16 foot trailer with equipment on it, performing duties below but not limited to those duties.
Required qualifications:
- Must be punctual and able to perform duties in a timely manner.
- Full class drivers license( g endorsement preferred).
- Experience hauling bumper pull trailers.
- Experience in Lawn and property maintenance 2 years minimum.
- Ability to operate zero turn, and other lawn and property equipment.
- Ability to correct improper use of equipment or techniques.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Attention to detail to ensure precise lawn care.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
Responsibilities to include:
- Perform lawn mowing and maintenance tasks according to schedule.
- Operate and maintain various hand tools and power tools.
- Trim and edge lawns to ensure a neat and tidy appearance.
- Remove weeds, debris, and other unwanted materials from lawns and gardens.
- Irrigate lawns and plants as needed.
- Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, pruning, and mulching.
- Perform basic repairs and maintenance to equipment, including mixing of fuels.
Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour
