**Woodshop Department Supervisor**

**Our shop operates on a 44 hour per week production schedule with additional opportunities for overtime.**

We currently have three different production shifts, including Monday to Thursday, Tuesday to Friday, and Monday to Friday**. **Shifts begin from 6:00am to 7:00am and run 11-hours including paid lunch. Our **four-day work week** structure offers our employees the benefit of having extended weekends, with the option of selecting either **Mondays or Fridays off**. We believe that this schedule promotes work life balance and allows our team members to recharge and come back refreshed and ready to tackle new challenges.

**Hourly wage 23$-$30**

**Job requirements for Team Lead**:

- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine specifications and calculate material required to complete projects
- Experience with project management and scheduling
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing and delegating work to your team
- Responsible for overseeing daily communication between clients, designers and crew members
- Ensure employees comply with health and safety policies, including wearing of appropriate PPE and following Safety Data Sheets (SDS)
- Knowledge regarding a variety of standard materials including MDF, particle board, laminate, solid wood, plexi
- Managing quality standards, ensuring projects are completed on time, aligned with the budget

**Requirements of Team Members**:

- Experience in cabinet assembly and woodworking techniques
- Familiarity with hand and power tools used in cabinet making
- Knowledge of various cabinet materials and hardware
- Work with a range of materials including plywood, MDF, laminate, solid wood, and plexi
- Ability to read and interpret drawings
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Willingness to learn new techniques and processes
- Ability to take direction and work in a team environment
- Physical ability to lift and move cabinets and materials
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment

**Salary**: $24.00-$36.00 per hour
