The opportunity will include a Salary + Commission to Start

We are looking for a driven, entrepreneurial individual who wants to build a career in the real estate industry. You must be eager and willing to learn. It is also vital to your role that you are comfortable prospecting for leads, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to easily establish rapport with clients. You will also need to be highly organized, detail oriented, and possess strong time-management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must. Previous Real Estate experience is not required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop, maintain and grow relationships with potential tenants, brokers, landlords and developers
- Provide support for all leasing and real estate related duties
- Prepare financial analyses for potential leasing transactions and brokerage commissions
- Maintain an awareness of the local market conditions and trends
- Develop new business by prospecting new clients
- Assist and lead in contract negotiations
- Manage tours in sublease properties
- Contribute ideas for improving customer satisfaction
- Update internal databases, websites, and media
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

- A valid Real Estate Salesperson license or a willingness to obtain said license
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Microsoft Office (Windows, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook)
- Adobe (Acrobat, Photoshop)
- Professional appearance and presentation
- Previous Real Estate experience is a plus, but not required
- Multilingual skills a plus, but not required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Apprenticeship

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
