**Job Overview**

**Real Estate Licence a plus**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist potential tenants with inquiries and provide property tours to showcase available units.
- Maintain up-to-date records in the property management system, including tenant information and lease agreements.
- Utilize software for data entry and management of tenant accounts.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective tenants to encourage lease signings.
- Negotiate lease terms and conditions with potential tenants while adhering to company policies.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on tenant satisfaction.
- Proficient in data entry and familiar with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
- Experience in office administration and property management is preferred.
- Sales experience is a plus, demonstrating the ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent negotiation skills to facilitate lease agreements.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
