**Job Description**:
Westminster Toyota, located in the center of the lower mainland in New Westminster for over 34 years, is a premier Toyota dealership with many loyal customers. The role of Acquisition Manager is a new role at Westminster Toyota. It’s a chance to create something new and special and work directly with the senior management team. This is a position for somebody excited about forging their own path and working in an entrepreneurial environment.
As an Acquisition Manager you will:
- Drive to make Westminster Toyota the #1 location in British Columbia for high quality pre-owned vehicles
- Ensure Westminster Toyota has a sufficient number of pre-owned vehicles in inventory in order to hit monthly volume targets
- Use your entrepreneurial spirit to come up with new ways to lead a buying department which competes will other major used vehicle retailers
- Analyze vehicle market value trends using different market valuation tools
- Source out high quality used cars from a variety of different sources: online marketplace, auction, private sellers, other dealerships
- Schedule appointments with prospective sellers
- Perform detailed appraisals of vehicles and compare with market value analysis
- Provide excellent customer experience
- Track, maintain and follow up prospective customers by using our CRM tools
- Ability to use Microsoft Excel and Google suite of products to track market trends

- Excel in a fast paced competitive team environment and are motivated by selling and meeting goals
- Desire to build great relationships with customers and coworkers through stellar communication and follow through.
- Inspired to work in a rapidly changing automotive industry
- Desire to learn and continuously improve
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- Possess or have the ability to possess a valid VSA sales license
