**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Build and install structures or fixtures using hand tools and power tools.
- Perform caulking and sealing to ensure proper insulation and weatherproofing.
- Conduct heavy lifting as required for transporting materials and installing products.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining quality standards.
- Troubleshoot installation issues and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

**Requirements**:

- **Fall Protection Certificate** required.
- Must have **reliable transportation** to and from job sites. [Optional
- special case]
- Must own **basic tools** required for siding installation.
- Proven experience in siding installation, particularly with **Hardie Board** or similar materials.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy materials.
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols and construction site procedures.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- [Optional] OSHA certification or other relevant safety certifications is a plus.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in blueprint reading to understand project requirements.
- Experience in carpentry or similar trades is preferred.
- Strong ability to use hand tools effectively and safely.
- Capable of performing heavy lifting tasks as necessary.
- Knowledge of caulking techniques for sealing gaps and joints.
- General maintenance person skills that contribute to various installation tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

Pay: $25.13-$30.33 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
