TEL Construction is looking for a **skilled, reliable Siding Installer** to join our exterior crew.

We work with premium materials — Hardie, LP SmartSide, LUX steel siding, metal trims, soffit/fascia, and custom exterior details.

You must be comfortable on the tools, able to work clean, and understand proper installation, flashing, and finishing techniques. This role is best suited for someone who takes pride in quality, shows up on time and works well as part of a team.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Installing Hardie, LP, and metal siding systems
- Setting up and working on ladders, scaffolding, and pump jacks
- Proper weatherproofing: WRB, flashing, rainscreen, trims
- Reading scopes and following layout/drawings
- Handling tools safely and efficiently
- Working with a small crew to complete daily production goals
- Maintaining a clean, safe, organized jobsite
- Communicating progress/issues with the lead or PM

If you’re a hands-on, detail-focused installer with strong work ethic — we want to talk.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
