Total Compensation Range: $100,000 - $250,000

As the Manager, Partnerships, you will drive revenue growth by developing and executing strategies to sell our online programs and courses. You will lead client engagement efforts, manage key accounts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Create and implement a B2B sales plan to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and engage potential clients, including individuals, corporate partners, and educational institutions.
- Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies effectively.
- Use CRM tools to prospect leads, track sales activities, analyze performance metrics, and report progress to leadership.
- Prepare pitch presentations for meetings with prospective stakeholders, partners, and client/learner groups.
- Relay feedback from industry leaders and organizations to inform REDI Canada processes and offerings; capture in CRM.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 5+ years of proven success in sales, with at least 2 years focused on selling online education, corporate training or related products.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Passion for education and lifelong learning.
- Experience exercising professional discretion and confidentiality.
- Knowledge of the real estate, construction and engineering markets, industry organizations, and leaders across Canada is an asset.
- Willingness to travel semi-frequently within Canada and the US

**COMPENSATION**
- This is a 100% commissioned sales role
- With strong performance and achievement of sales targets, total annual compensation is expected to reach $100,000 to $250,000 CAD, inclusive of commissions.
