**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist with the management of HOM Church’s social media accounts, including the connecting with community organizations to promote HOM Church’s program.
- Answer telephone and in-person callers promptly via office and assigned cell phone.
- Provide information about House of Mercy Int’l Church to members of the public
- Mentor new members and follow up on them about their spiritual growth in the community, receive feedback; answering questions.
- Implement changes to the HOM Church’s website.
- Assist the production of presentations, promotional materials.
- Planning and execution of special events of the church
- Participate in community outreach programs, meetings and event

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in administrative tasks related to outreach or community service work.
- Excellent public speaking abilities to engage diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with data collection methods for assessing program impact and community needs.
- Leadership qualities that inspire collaboration and motivation.
- A passion for educating the community about the church.

Skills: Adaptability, collaboration, communication, creativity and innovation, digital skills, problem-solving. Reading and/or writing

This position is ideal for individuals who are dedicated to making a positive impact within their communities through effective outreach strategies and engagement initiatives.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
