**The Role**

Are you looking to launch a successful career in the insurance industry? As an Insurance Administrator, you will gain hands-on experience in sales, client service, administrative support, and insurance operations, setting the foundation for long-term growth and advancement. In this client-facing role, you will actively support the sales and service teams by managing customer relationships, coordinating client communication, processing transactions accurately, and providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth operations. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Service Support**: Assist the sales team by maintaining the CRM system, tracking leads, supporting client follow-ups, and ensuring smooth transitions from inquiry to transaction.
- **Data Management & Administration**: Accurately input and update client information, sales transactions, and policy details in company systems. Maintain organized records and documentation.
- **Billing & Payment Coordination**: Assist with client invoicing, premium calculations, payment collection, and adjustments to ensure accurate and timely processing.
- **Operational Support**: Provide administrative support across departments, including office management, scheduling, and document preparation.
- **Industry Training & Development**: Work toward completing provincial licensing requirements (LLQP/HLLQP) and stay informed about industry regulations. Serve as a backup advisor when needed to support continuity in client service.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and customer-friendly approach.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, decision-making abilities, and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Digital literacy and the ability to learn and use industry-specific tools and software.
- Insurance-related experience is an asset
- Life/A&S License (HLLQP/LLQP) is an asset.
