AGM Home Renovations is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Onsite Sales Representatives. This position offers the flexibility of being an independent contractor and requires travel across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). If you have a car and a passion for sales, this could be the perfect opportunity for you

**Responsibilities**:

- Contacting agents regarding MLS listings
- Meeting with agents at the property
- Presenting comparable sales of renovated houses in the area
- Demonstrating how renovations can enhance the property's value, speed up sales, and increase profitability.
- Offering full renovation services including bathrooms, kitchens, flooring, painting, and basement renovations

**Requirements**:

- Access to a car and willingness to travel across the GTA
- 3 years of sales experience ( preferably external sales)
- real estate experience is an asset but not mandatory
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Enthusiasm for real estate and home renovations
