Founded in 2017, No Limits Underground Ltd. is a privately-owned, premier underground utility contractor in Winnipeg, Manitoba that specializes in directional drilling. We take pride in being a company with dedication, integrity and quality services.

Due to the expansion of our business, we are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Health and Safety Coordinator to join our growing company

The Health and Safety Coordinatorat **NLU** is responsible for:

- Maintain company compliance with MHCA and maintain COR designation
- Carrying out weekly Safety Talks and safety inspections on all company job sites and ensure all activities are compliant with safety guidelines
- Perform safety investigations and complete reports according to company policy
- Writing and revising all company safety documentation
- Conduct employee training as required
- Working closely with management regarding compliance, audits and the implementation of safety policy and procedures
- Provide general guidance and information for all employees on Occupational Health and Safety guidelines
- Participate in the coordination and facilitation of regular new employee onboarding

**Requirements**:

- **MUST **have experience working in heavy construction industry
- Hold a valid Class 5F License & Drivers Abstract
- A degree, diploma, or relevant experience in Occupational Health & Safety
- NCSO designation considered an asset
- Other certifications: Excavation and trenching, Flag Person, Traffic control
- Previous experience working in COR-certified companies.

- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills
- An assertive, confident personality
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills with the ability to work on several projects, with multiple duties and tasks within deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software and Google Drive
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and be proactive

**Work Conditions**:

- 8 Hour shift
- 3 Vacation weeks
