**What you’ll do**:

- Set goals, train, encourage and coach team members on company goals and values
- Ensure reservations are booked according to the process, rentals are opened and close when required.
- Complete necessary paperwork
- Ensure Day to day operations are maintained to the highest standard
- Organize vehicle deliveries and pick-ups to ensure we are continually meeting agreed conditions and deadlines
- Communicate promptly with the Regional Manager and/or Leadership regarding opportunities and new or reoccurring customer issues that arise
- Participate in Budget planning with the Regional Manager
- Maximize sales revenue and vehicle utilization according to company policies and guidelines
- Ensure Health & Safety policies and processes are achieved
- Ensure that department reporting processes and standards are continually maintained
- Actively promoting TDF Group Rentals services in alignment with company brand policies and standards

What You Bring
- Excellent leadership skills with the passion to help mentor a successful team
- Minimum 5 years in a management role is required
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Excellence and experience in customer service
- Works well under pressure, can multitask, handle stress and is a problem solver.
- Experience in retail or business to business sales, marketing and customer service
- Must have experience within a similar industry supervising a large team
- Strong alignment with the DRIVING FORCE values - Integrity, Passion, Commitment and Respect
