**About the Job**:
As a Business Development Representative, you'll:

- Respond to inbound insurance leads (primarily over the phone)
- Perform risk discovery analysis on new clients for optimal coverage options
- Provide timely, accurate, and easily understood insurance quotes to prospects
- Utilize Applied Systems (Epic) software for managing client information and insurance processes

**Base Requirements**
- Required licencing: Level 1 Alberta General Insurance Licence
- Years of experience as an insurance broker: 1 Year

**Complimentary Experience**

Your success in this role will be augmented if you also have:

- Additional insurance licences and/or relevant experience
- Familiarity with Applied Systems (Epic)
- Aptitude in insurance company portals
