**Smart Home Security System Sales Representative**

Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Door-to-Door Sales:
- Execute door-to-door sales strategies to engage potential customers and promote our smart home security solutions.
- Educate homeowners on the benefits and features of our security systems through in-person presentations.
2. Sales and Customer Acquisition:
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within designated residential areas.
- Build and maintain a door-to-door sales pipeline through effective lead generation and networking.
3. Consultative Selling:
- Understand customers' unique security needs and provide tailored solutions during in-person interactions.
- Collaborate with customers to design customized security packages that align with their requirements.
4. Relationship Building:
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with customers through face-to-face interactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to address inquiries and concerns on the spot.
5. Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies within the door-to-door sales landscape.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on customer insights gathered during door-to-door interactions.
6. Sales Reporting and Goal Achievement:
- Maintain accurate records of door-to-door sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly door-to-door sales targets.
Qualifications:
Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective face-to-face interactions.
- Dedication to providing exceptional customer service during door-to-door sales and building long-lasting relationships.

- Proactive attitude with a strong drive to achieve and exceed door-to-door sales targets.

Compensation:
This is only a commission based job. Starting pay is 300$ per smart home installed. If incentives are hit, 50$ bonus will be added to each account made in that month.
Pay: $60,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
