Duties and Responsibilities:

- Assign duties, supervise activities and assist production workers
- Train new workers
- Ensure Health and safety of all employees
- Maintain tools and equipment
- Keep track of inventory
- Oversee shift start up and shut down
- Assist in production as necessary

Qualifications:

- Experienced in Window and door manufacturing.
- Proficient use of hand tools and equipment (mitre-saws, table-saws, drills, routers, etc.)
- Ability to operate CNC equipment (saws, welders and corner cleaners).
- Experience assembling all types of vinyl windows, entrance doors and entrance systems
- High School Diploma
- Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- Day shift
