**Skill Requirements**:

- Demonstrates exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and a consistently high level of customer service skills.
- Good sense of judgment, integrity, accountability, and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent analytical skills, excellent oral, written communication skills in English.
- Effective listening skills and willingness to learn.

**Required Qualifications and Experience**:

- Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence
- 1-2 years of supervisor security experience
- Experience in customer service settings
- Previous employment as a Security Guard
- Valid Smart Serve Certification
- List of three work references (preferred)

- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- Secondary School (required)

**Experience**:

- Security Supervisor: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Ontario Security Guard License (required)
- First Aid Certification (required)
- WHMIS Certification (preferred)
- Ontario Health and Safety Certification (preferred)
- Smart Serve Certification (required)
