**Requirements**:
- You care deeply, genuinely, and passionately about customer support, solving problems for customers, and the role it plays in making a customer - centric team successful
- You are a naturally empathetic and articulate communicator
- You’re not intimidated by technology.
- Must be able to handle an average call volume of 50-100 calls daily.
- Previous reception, admin or relevant experience preferred.
**In this role, you’ll get to**:
- Answer all incoming calls, make outbound calls, and transfer calls to appropriate personnel.
- Assist in managing and organizing office operations and procedures.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and catering arrangements.
- Assist in preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Provide general support to visitors, clients and staff.
