We are seeking a motivated and creative individual to join our restaurant team as a

Key Responsibilities:
1. Catering Sales:

- Develop and execute catering sales strategies to drive revenue and expand the restaurant's catering clientele.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and individuals seeking catering services for various occasions.
- Ensure seamless communication between the restaurant and clients, addressing inquiries and customizing offerings to meet specific needs.

2. Digital Marketing:

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote the restaurant's brand, menu offerings.
- Manage social media accounts, creating engaging content and interacting with online communities to build a strong digital presence.
- Optimize the restaurant's website for search engines (SEO) to enhance online visibility and attract local customers.

3. Promotions and Events:

- Coordinate and promote restaurant events, special promotions, and catering showcases both online and offline.
- Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for unique promotions and partnerships.

4. Analytics and Reporting:

- Utilize analytics tools to track the performance of digital marketing campaigns and catering sales efforts.
- Provide regular reports to management, offering insights into customer behavior, campaign effectiveness, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in catering sales and digital marketing, preferably within the restaurant industry.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations and customer preferences.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
