**Your Role**

**Who We’re Looking For**
- **Experience**: 1-2 years in sales is helpful, but not essential. Backgrounds in retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles are also valued.
- **Education**: A high school diploma (or equivalent) is required; post-secondary studies in business, marketing, or similar areas are a plus.
- **Strengths**: Outgoing, confident, and able to connect with people in both one-on-one and group settings
- **Mindset**: Driven, adaptable, and eager to build a career, not just land a job.
