**What You'll Be Doing**

**Engage & Sell**:
You’ll use high-quality leads provided by TELUS to connect with new customers in residential areas. Your role is all about creating personalized solutions, building relationships, and driving meaningful results.

**Learn & Grow Together**:
Join a collaborative team of motivated individuals who share knowledge, support each other, and thrive on achieving goals. You’ll be part of a culture that celebrates individual efforts and collective wins.

**Gain Real-World Skills**:
Through our 6-week, hands-on training program, you’ll learn everything from TELUS product knowledge to effective sales strategies. No experience in sales? No worries—we’ll train you from the ground up.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Background**: Sales experience (1-2 years) is an asset but not mandatory. Customer-facing experience in retail or hospitality is a bonus.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent is required. Post-secondary education in business or marketing is a nice plus.
- **People Skills**: You’re confident, articulate, and enjoy engaging with people in meaningful ways.
