Our Professional Services department is composed of client-facing technical experts and lead the implementation of our intelligent search platform for our world class customers (think Dell, Salesforce, Toyota, Bain & Company).

**The Role**:
You will work on complex implementations with complex challenges by adapting and customizing our platform to the specific needs of each client with our technical team.

As our next Technical Project Manager, you will deliver best-in-class implementations of our search solution alongside our stellar team of Business Architects, Solutions Architects and Technical Consultants (developers).

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage technical implementations of our solution : project scoping, managing client's expectations, creation and maintenance of comprehensive project documentation
- Coordinate efforts between team, ensure a clear understanding of everyone's responsibilities and provide support where needed
- Development of a well-detailed project plan to monitor and track progress, budget and timeline in a proactive way
- Change management and adjustments to the project scope and project schedule
- Reporting to customers and PMO of the projects status in terms of progress, health and risks
- Risk management, mitigation and escalating to management when needed

**Here is what will qualify you for the role**:

- 5+ years of experience managing IT development/implementation projects for large scale companies
- Experience managing several projects simultaneously in an AGILE organization and strong knowledge of Agile teal project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.).
- Leadership and your proactivity to share several examples of improvements made to the process, tools and activities of your team during your last completed projects
- You also have knowledge in the field of indexing, search solutions or working with major SaaS solutions such as Salesforce, ServiceNow or e-Commerce PlatformsExperience with PSA tools (FinancialForce, Mavenlink, etc.)

- 3+ years of experience with requirements gathering, documenting technical solutions and conducting QA
- A certification in project management (scrum master, PMP or others)
- Programming experience (front and back end) a plus
