**POSITION SCOPE**:The Assembler - Visual Display is responsible for assembling displays boards, product samples, and panels for tradeshows, showrooms, and our customer sites (big box stores & distributors). The purpose of this role is to put together displays and samples that promote Anatolia’s products, brand, and image by creating eye-catching merchandising material using visual and graphic elements. This person will work closely with the Supervisor - Visual Display and other assemblers and technicians in a warehouse type environment.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Cut products to specified sample sizes
- Pick products from inventory locations
- Assemble display boards or brochures by placing sample product (ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone tiles, mosaics, etc.) onto particleboard, melamine, Sintra board, MDF, and chipboards according to the provided drawings and instructions
- Grout display boards when required
- Clean samples and display boards using appropriate cleaning supplies
- Label and pack display boards and samples
- Perform quality checks on products and boards received from suppliers
- Dismantle and rework samples and display boards when needed
- Safe and organized work performance including daily housekeeping tasks
- Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor or designate

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Secondary school diploma or equivalent
- Six months of recent, related experience in an industrial setting would be an asset
- Demonstrated ability to work with broad job-related instructions as duties are straightforward, repetitive and involve different but related processes and methods
- Demonstrated accountability for quality, accuracy and adherence to work instructions with occasional checking
- Demonstrated capability to occasionally provide guidance to other staff as needed in relation to the execution of job duties and assigned projects
- Demonstrated ability to follow established standards and processes
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with all team members
- Steady hand and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while meeting production and quality expectations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

**WORKING CONDITIONS**:

- Work is performed in a warehouse environment with exposure to moderate adverse conditions or health and safety risks. Focus on safety is required and includes compliance with PPE standards, using safety equipment, following procedures, and taking precautions
- Position requires a high level of sustained visual attention, high manual dexterity on a regular basis
- Physical demands include the ability to push, pull, bend, grasp, lift, transfer, etc. supplies, tools, and product. Able to stand for long periods of time. Occasionally transfer and carry up to 27 kg but must help/seek help from co-workers and/or use available devices (eg carts) for items deemed heavy.
