Strength & Conditioning Coach - Applied Sport Science
Min Qualifications
- Clinical Experience in Strength and Conditioning
- Master's Degree (one of)
- Exercise Physiology
- Human Kinetics
- Biomechanics
Preferred
- Registered Kinesiologist
- Recent Clinical Experience in Post Op S&C Rehab (ACL, Shoulder etc.)
- Clear Professional Development Pathway
- Experience in Integrating Forceplate Testing Technologies
**Responsibilities**:
- Design and deliver sport science testing for rehab and performance clients.
- Based on testing outcomes, design individual and team training programs.
- Run personal and group training sessions.
- Organize and present testing data to clients.
- Contribute to ongoing research and development efforts in the applied sports science program development.

**Salary**: $72,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

We operate under the strict Covid-19 guidelines set forth by the Ontario College of Physiotherapists.
**Education**:
- Master's Degree (required)
**Experience**:
- Clinical Rehab: 2 years (preferred)
- Working with surgical rehab strength and conditioning: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Registered Kinesiologist (preferred)
- First aid / CPR Certification (preferred)
Work Location: One location
