**The **Financial Analyst** is responsible for financial planning, forecasting, analysis, and reporting.**:

**Perform financial forecasting, reporting and operational metrics tracking**:

- **Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements****:

- **Cash management and forecasting****:

- **Monitoring of internal controls****:

- **General ledger posting and maintenance****:

- **Coordination of interdepartmental transactions and expense allocation****:

- **Month-end close procedures****:

- **Accrual management****:

- **Intercompany reconciliation with other business entities in our organization****:

- **Financial statement preparation****:

- **Trend analysis****:

- **KPI reporting****:

- **Preparation of year end working papers for external accountants****:

- **Other duties as assigned****:

**Qualifications****:

- **Undergraduate degree or diploma in Business, Commerce or equivalent (Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics)****:

- **3+ years experience of business finance or other relevant experience****:

- **Strong fluency with excel formulas and functions****:

- **Strong Analytical and data gathering skills****:

- **Strong business acumen****:

- **Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem solving skills****:

- **Advanced knowledge of Excel****:
