Part Time Food Service Supervisor

Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Supervise 4 -8 people
- Supervise and check delivery of food being made
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Ensure food service and quality control
- Train staff in job duties, including sanitation protocols and safety requirements
- Participate in quality control of all food served and service provided for customers
- Availability: Mornings (10-3/5 pm) **and **afternoon shift (5-10.30) including weekends; weekend nights, 15-20 hours per week

Part-time hours: 12-18 per week

**Job Type**: Seasonal
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: $16.00 per hour
