**The Role**
- Assist Site Superintendent on maintaining a clean and safe worksite
- Assist tradespeople and equipment operators on-site
- Load and unload construction materials and move them to work areas
- Prepare and clean construction sites (e.g., remove debris, set up barricades, clean tools and equipment)
- Operate hand and power tools as required
- Prep, pour and finishing of concrete structures
- Erect and dismantle temporary structures such as scaffolding and barricades
- Follow instructions from supervisors and communicate effectively with team members
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations on the job site
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the project team

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience working in construction
- Ability to perform physical labour and lift heavy objects
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 44 per week
