Marketing & Training Coordinator

BeautiTone Paint and Home Products has an exciting opportunity available for a Technical Marketing and Training Coordinator to join our Sales & Marketing Department.

Reporting to the Product & Dealer Support Manager for work assignments, you will plan, develop and design technical training material related to BeautiTone Paint & Home Products. Work with various departments at BeautiTone and Home Hardware Store Limited (HHSL) for new product implementation and product change management.

**What you’ll do**:

- Develop and coordinate special events, training and other initiatives such as seminars, markets, webinars, pro shows, Paint University, etc.
- Plan, develop, design and copywriting of sell sheets, specification guides, product information, formulation changes, product writing, product development roll-out, sales aid and launch kits.
- Collaborate with HHSL stakeholders on website content, videos, Connect updates and promotional activity as it relates to BeautiTone Paint & Specialty Products
- Development and maintenance of educational materials and programs such as contractor program, paint basics, CPE correspondence and décor courses.
- Develop, source, and maintain BeautiTone product promotional items.
- Development of labels from creative to label copy working with various cross-functional internal and external team members.
- New product implementation and product change management activities in Oracle both in Burford and at HHSL ensuring updates to all pertinent files.
- Develop content for dealer newsletters and notifications.
- Coordinate and obtain quotes and conduct negotiations with various suppliers for marketing materials for dealers to support BeautiTone products.
- Provide support by performing various special projects related to dealer needs & requests.

**What we’re looking for**:

- College Diploma in Marketing and/or Training, Adult Learning or Program Management.
- Proven experience in marketing and/or training.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Strong time management and planning skills
- In-depth knowledge of industry products
