**Position**: Tactical Patrol Guard
- **Location**:Toronto Downtown
- **Site Type**: Commercial - Corporate Towers, shopping malls, Industrial and others
- **Schedule**: Continental Days and Night shifts
- **Hours**: 40 to 44 hours per week
- **Salary**: $17 to $18 per hour

**Basic Requirements**:

- **Valid Ontario Security License**:

- **Knowledge of Trespass to Property Act and Section 494.**:

- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- **Physically capable of performing the required duties which involve extended periods of standing and patrolling**:

- **Must be able to do any shifts which include Days, evenings and night shifts or rotation shifts.**:

- Required to stand and patrol for long periods.
- Customer Service Skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- A Diploma in Law & Security or Police Foundations educational background is an asset

**Working Conditions**
- Required to work if necessary, various rotating shifts on short notice and be available for work in a 24x7x365 environment.
- Could be exposed to hazardous situations and conditions when responding to or managing emergencies or incidents.

**Major responsibilities include**:

- Patrolling the interior and exterior of premises
- Enforcing property regulations, Criminal Code and legislative statutes
- Securing restricted areas
- Completion of Incident Reports and critiquing of security personnel Incident Reports promptly, to include ensuring Incidents Reports are complete, accurate, aligned with the Standing Orders, and distributed accordingly.
- Facilitating access of vehicles and pedestrians at fixed posts
- Obtaining statements and collecting information for Incident Reports Performing Customer Service-related functions
