Job Overview

Are you ready to suit up as a Tactical Security Guard? At 247 Gard Security, your ability to read environments, anticipate risk, and act decisively is what matters most. Whether patrolling retail stores, airports, or sensitive sites, your keen observation and physical stamina will keep our communities safe.

We’re looking for experienced professionals with a minimum of 3 years of Canadian security experience and a valid Use of Force certification. This role demands vigilance, a tactical mindset, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing situations.

Key Responsibilities
- Patrol sensitive and high-profile areas to identify suspicious activity
- Monitor CCTV, conduct foot patrols, and manage access points
- React swiftly and appropriately to alarms, threats, and incidents
- Verify identities and control access to secure zones
- Document all incidents and actions accurately and promptly
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency personnel during critical incidents
- Enforce site-specific protocols and trespass notices
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining authority

**Qualifications**:

- Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence
- Mandatory Use of Force certification
- Minimum 3 years of tactical or high-risk security experience in Canada
- First aid certification (required)
- Authorized to work in Canada
- Physically fit to stand and walk during entire shifts
- Excellent situational awareness, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Must have or be willing to obtain tactical black uniform and boots
