**Technical Skills**
- Strong expertise in **VMware ESXi, vSphere, and vCenter 7.0** or higher management.
- Advanced knowledge of **Windows Server (2016/2019)** administration and troubleshooting.

- Experience with VoIP and telephony systems such as **Asterisk, FreePBX, 3CX,** and **Microsoft Teams**.
- Proficiency with **Veeam backup solutions** and **Symantec security products**.
- Solid understanding of networking protocols, firewalls, and IT security best practices.
- Familiarity with **Fortinet** and **Cisco router/firewalls** is considered an asset.
**SQL Server and Database Management**
- Proficient in **SQL query writing** and database management, including performance tuning, backup strategies, and troubleshooting.
- Strong familiarity with database security, optimization, and disaster recovery planning.
**Soft Skills**
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to system improvements and issue resolution.
**Experience**
- Minimum of **5 years of experience** in system administration, working with **VMware**, **Microsoft technologies** (Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure), and **telephony systems** (Asterisk, FreePBX, 3CX, Amtelco).
**Working Conditions**
- Office-based with occasional travel to other locations.
- On-call availability is required as part of the support team rotation.
