We are growing and require a professional and motivated individual to join our team as Customer Service Representative - Residential and Commercial Painting. The person in this role is responsible for the delivery of all our customer painting projects according to quality standards, job requirements, and safety practises. This individual will recruit, train, retain and manage our painting crews and the company production schedule. They will also ensure customer satisfaction and quality on the job sites. They will be a leader and mentor for the team.

**Requirements**:

- Passionate about providing an extraordinary customer and employee experience
- Above average communications skills, both written and verbal.
- Well organized and detail oriented (almost to a fault).
- Happy in a very fast paced environment.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to coach and mentor teams
- Preferred: experience in the painting industry
- Compensation Structure: Base + Milestone Bonuses
- Income Potential: C$ 40,000 to C$60,000
Duties include:

- Provide an exceptional experience for CertaPro Painters’ customers so as to dramatically differentiate ourselves from our competition and to further ‘Deliver Extraordinary Experiences’.
- Provide an exceptional job opportunity for CertaPro Painters’ Site Supervisors and Painters so as to differentiate ourselves from our competition as the employer of choice in the painting labour work force.
- Provide exceptional support to CertaPro Painters’ Site Supervisors and build a performance culture among the team.
- Develop a close working relationship with the Sales Team and the Office Manager to ensure all expectations set forth with customers are met and our Certainty Service System (CSS) is best executed.
- Develop a recruiting, development, and retention program as well as properly on-board all employees to set them up for production success

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
