**Job Summary**

The role holder is accountable for managing service delivery to one or more client accounts. They focus on the following:

- This position requires an individual to be physically on-site daily
- Delivery services that meet’s SLA and meets customer satisfaction with respect to digital print production.
- Act as main customer contact with the ability to articulate Xerox offerings and develop strong knowledge of the clients’ business needs.
- Responsible for carrying out day-to-day operations of multiple accounts.
- Operator Xerox reprographic, bindery and finishing equipment as required to support the team and customers.
- Contribute to service transformation and business growth
- Mentor on-site staff and cross train with other staff members
- Act as a back-up for functions in the production team as required
- Conduct on the-job training for new Account Associates
- Must be a team player, willing to assist and support multiple members of the team.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Manager

**Qualifications**
- 2+ years experience in a digital print production environment and bindery is required
- Good planning and organizing skills
- Good problem solving and financial skills
- Superior written and verbal skills
- Self-initiative and results orientations

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
