**Guest Relations**:

- Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons
- Take food orders from patrons and relay to servers or kitchen
- Mix liquor, soft drinks, water, and other ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks
- Prepare mixed drinks, wine, draft or bottled beer and non-alcoholic beverages for servers or serve directly to patrons
- Make recommendations and answer guest questions relating to food and/or beverages
- Process payments and maintain records
- Provide interactive guest experience
- Manage TV and/or music

**Establishment**:

- Prepare and store fruit and other garnishes
- Set up and maintain workstation
- Maintain inventory and control of bar stock and order supplies
- Clean bar area and wash glassware
- Ensure compliance with liquor legislation and regulations
- Engineer and update specialty beverage menu
- Complete entirety of bar checklists
- Empty and discard garbage’s and recyclables
- Conduct any opening/closing duties such as cleaning, bar security, or till tendering
- Supervisor may assign other related tasks

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
